The Agri-food Hub & Trade Centre
The 268,000 square foot Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre, the largest development project in the history of Lethbridge, will serve as an economic driver of growth for Alberta’s food sector. Once completed in 2023, the Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre is expected to contribute more than $90 million annually to the regional economy.
The project aligns with the work of the regional partners in Canada’s Premier Food Corridor to attract private investment and includes collaboration with Lethbridge College’s Culinary Arts Program and enhanced incubation opportunities for local producers to scale their businesses nationally and internationally. This expansion positions Lethbridge & District Exhibition to offer the finest and largest-scale farm-to-table culinary experience in the industry.
