These Southern Alberta favourites are not just a sweet treat, but each purchase supports the Lethbridge & District International Baseball Foundation. Say hi to their volunteers while enjoying a Jumbo Ear at Whoop-Up Days.

Food Truck Specialty Items
Power and water will not be provided to food trucks. All food trucks must be self-sufficient at Whoop-Up Days 2024.
Coca-Cola will be the exclusive provider of non-alcoholic beverages at Whoop-Up Days 2024. You will notice that there are no competitor beverages on-site, and limited exceptions (lemonade, slushies etc.) have been made for West Coast Amusements only. Some exclusions may apply, and exceptions will be made at the discretion of LDE. Additional communication will be provided to the vendor prior to Whoop-Up Days 2024.
All pre-packaged, bottled, or canned non-alcoholic beverage products sold on-site must be purchased through Lethbridge & District Exhibition. Further details for the beverage ordering process will be provided in the Welcome Package, closer to the event.
$750 deposit + 15% of daily sales. Deposit to be applied to commissionable sales.
All food truck vendors are required to submit their proof of sales reports and make payment (when applicable) daily by 11:30 PM. Further details for payment collection will be provided in the Welcome Package closer to the event.
Proof of sales reports must include the following:

Daily sales total

Date & time of cash out
Food truck vendors failing to comply with the commission or beverage ordering process will jeopardize their future acceptance for events held by Lethbridge & District Exhibition.

All food truck vendors will receive four vendor badges to access Whoop-Up Days.
All food truck vendors will receive a stand-up Coca-Cola cooler. Food truck vendors must be able to power the cooler using their truck/generator as power will not be provided. If you do not want a Coca-Cola cooler, please indicate this on your application under additional information.
In order for us to review and/or process your application, you will need to submit the following:

Proof of $2 million General Liability and Property Damage insurance

Food handling permit and/or mobile vendor permit

A current business card
-
A current price list of all products being sold

A colour photo of truck/portable food unit(s)

Accurate space requirements, including the total square footage needed for hitches, canopies, condiment tables, etc.
