Smoke, Wind & Fire
Lethbridge & District Exhibition’s newest signature event, Smoke, Wind & Fire is a Master Series Barbecue competition sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS). The competition features prizes awarded in the four traditional categories (Chicken, Ribs, Pork, Beef Brisket).
Whether you believe you are a Pit-master extraordinaire or if just like good barbeque, Smoke, Wind & Fire is a great opportunity to have fun and meet great like-minded people while smoking delicious meat!
